🏫 Playground Areas / Zonas del Patio de Recreo

Our school playground has two main areas for students in grades K–5:

🔴 Red Zone
🔵 Blue Zone
⚽ Synthetic turf field
🛝 Blacktop play space

Our Pre-K students have their own special play area.

⏰ Playground supervision begins at 7:30 AM and ends at 2:05 PM.
To keep everyone safe, students should only play when adults are present.

🚦 Before School / Antes de Clases

Students line up with their class in the designated area.
Please arrive by 7:30 AM when staff are at the gate to supervise.

⏳ Recess Time / Durante el Recreo

Teachers or staff will walk students to and from the playground.
When the bell rings, students squat and freeze, then line up when the flag goes down.
Stay in the playground until your teacher calls you back to class.
Running is only allowed in organized games.
Use all equipment safely and respectfully, with an adult nearby.

🎲 Playground Expectations / Reglas del Recreo

✅ Play only school-approved games
✅ Be kind and follow the rules of the game
✅ Respect others—no fighting or bullying
✅ Eat snacks only in the snack or lunch area
✅ Bring only healthy snacks (water encouraged!)

🏫 Zonas del Recreo

Nuestro patio de recreo tiene dos áreas principales para los grados K–5:

🔴 Zona Roja
🔵 Zona Azul
⚽ Campo de pasto sintético
🛝 Área de juegos en asfalto

Los niños de Pre-K tienen su propia área especial para jugar.

⏰ La supervisión comienza a las 7:30 AM y termina a las 2:05 PM.
Para la seguridad de todos, los estudiantes deben jugar solo cuando hay un adulto presente.

🚦 Antes de Clases

Los estudiantes se alinean con su clase en el área designada.
Por favor llegue las 7:30 AM al la puerta cuando hay supervisión.

⏳ Durante el Recreo

Los maestros o personal llevan a los estudiantes al patio y de regreso a clase.
Cuando suena la campana, agáchate y quédate quieto, luego haz fila cuando baje la bandera.
Quédate en el patio hasta que tu maestro te llame.
Solo se puede correr en juegos organizados.
Usa el equipo del recreo de manera segura y con respeto, siempre con un adulto cerca.

🎲 Reglas del Recreo

✅ Juega solo juegos aprobados por la escuela
✅ Sé amable y sigue las reglas del juego
✅ Respeta a los demás—no se permite pelear ni intimidar
✅ Come bocadillos solo en la zona de merienda o almuerzo
✅ Trae solo bocadillos saludables (¡agua es bienvenida!)
